Community Health Services of Lamoille Valley is seeking a permanent OB/GYN for our Women’s Health Practice, which is a cornerstone in our FQHC-LA Community Health Service organization.  Must be BC/BE in OB/GYN.

Practice Description:

        Collaborate with our three Certified Nurse Midwives to provide
        comprehensive women’s health services, in a friendly and
        welcoming environment.  We believe that every woman is
        unique and we strive to customize care to fit each individual’s

         Located on the campus of a critical care access hospital  
         with a newly renovated Birthing Center, we provide the majority of OB                 
         services for the region.

Responsibilities include 15-18 credit hours of instruction per semester in Fundamentals of Nursing and Medical/Surgical Nursing in classroom, college lab and clinical settings, conducting scheduled office hours for student conferences and academic advisement, as well as assigned committee work.  There is an expectation of service to the college, community and the profession. We ’re seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Clinician (PA, NP or CNM,) to provide services at our health centers in Newport and Brattleboro, VT.  We require Clinicians who have broad-based GYN knowledge, clinical skills and experience; a commitment to customer service, flexibility, initiative, creative thinking and a willingness to learn.  Counseling and teaching skills are also required, as is a willingness to participate in constant and ongoing feedback with colleagues.
